My First Blog

My name is Chris Brown and this is my blog. I’m 18 years old and am a freshmen at High Point University, where I’m studying to become a Business major. I was born in Boca Raton but have lived most of my life in Tampa, Florida- where I graduated from H.B. Plant High School. I’ll be blogging mostly about my Talking about Freedom class, but will also include some things about my passions and other things that I do. One major focus of this blog will be the topic of race-relations, as this is a major part of today’s society and plays a crucial role in our understanding of freedom. Throughout all of these blog posts I will attempt to give you my objective view of each article- looking at it from both sides and as close to an unbiased view as possible. Although you may not agree with me on each of my responses to some articles, I encourage you to attempt to view both sides of the story and be open to examining the opposing view.
