Klansville USA

In class today we watched a movie called Klansville USA. The movie highlighted some of the social and political movements of the time that surrounded the KKK. The film talked in depth about the KKK and how it came to power in the United States. The film did a very good jb of clearly explaining exactly how the Klan came into power. It also talked about the main leader and showed how successful he was at selling people on the idea of the group. He was a very good host and held many successful fundraisers. The film was very interesting.
