Plessy Dissent Post

Plessy v. Fergusson was a case that decided that separate but equal was fair in the eyes of today's society. This case allowed for the legal allowance of segregation. Naturally the dissenting opinion is one that stands for equal amenities for all- not separated ones. The dissenting opinion win this case stood as the underdog for humanity, but now as time has passed the dissenting opinion ion is the reigning one.
