Not quite making the connection…

In this article, AGAIN by Michael Suede, he talks about the film, Cowspiracy. The film illustrates the terrible effects of the animal agricultural industry on our environment- all of which Suede agrees with. However, even after acknowledging the detrimental effects on the environment from animal agriculture, he states that he believes global-warming is a hoax. I fail to see how he agrees with the idea that animal agriculture is devastating the environment, but this same environment isn’t becoming subject to global-warming from the same reasons. With minimal research it seems most likely that global warming is in fact a real thing and that the animal agricultural business plays major role. To me, It seems Suede agrees that an object can combust, but that same object can not catch on fire.
